We accept returns on all items for a full 30 days after reception. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Item(s) must be returned in similar condition as they were sent. Once package is returned, full refund will be issued. Please contact us directly to begin a return request.
Exchanges are handled in the same manner as returns. Once a full refund has been issued, a replacement can be purchased from the website like other sales.
We do not have a physical storefront and do not accept any in-person transactions.
Buyers have 8 hours to cancel an order and a full refund will be issued. If the order has been shipped, a full refund will be issued when the item is returned.

All products are sent from Toronto, Ontario. We use Canada Post expedited shipping. Delivery time is only an estimate, Canada Post is the shipping service provider and exact delivery date can vary.

I put the wrong address during checkout?
Contact us immediately so we can cancel the order and allow you to replace the order with the correct address. If the item was already shipped out, we are not responsible for non-delivery. We will update you on any information we receive from the shipping provider.
I ordered the wrong model/size?
You can return the item for a full refund. If you need help choosing the appropriate model/size accessory for your phone, please contact us directly via email.
I received the wrong package?
If the wrong item(s) are received, we will take full responsibility for the purchase. Refund or reshipment of correct item will be offered.
My package arrived damaged?
We do our best to check and package each product safely before shipping, however, if the item(s) arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
Shipping is taking too long?
If the package is taking longer then the estimated arrival date (2-6 business days), this may be due to delays or slow operating speed by Canada Post. Please be patient if this is the case as your package should be arriving soon.
